MANFRED EDUCATION ONLINE SERVICES 75 HOUR SALESPERSON LICENSING COURSE This comprehensive course covers the fundamentals of the real estate profession as needed to implement the required NYS 75-hour curriculum reguirement. The course introduces students to everything from real estate law to property management - everything future real estate professionals need to know to not only pass the state licensing exam, but successfully enter their new career. After you have completed the New York Real Estate Salesperson licensing online course, you must take a proctored, paper-based final exam before you are eligible to receive your school certificate of completion (transcript).
