The Saratoga Schenectady Schoharie Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (S.S.S.A.R.) is a trade association. Our objective is to promote and maintain high standards of conduct in the real estate profession among our Members. To foster and enhance greater professionalism, S.S.S.A.R. encourages cooperation among our members and provides services that can educate, protect and improve an agent's ability to do business in Real Estate. Greater professionalism and education means better representation for the consumer! The Association is the membership with elected officers who voluntarily try to develop and carry out those objectives.

We represent real estate professionals who are active throughout New York's Capital and Adirondack Regions.  S.S.S.A.R. members, in cooperation with other Real Estate Agents, assist their clientele in the marketing and purchasing of residential, commercial, vacant land, and farm properties.  Other members also participate in real property appraisal, property management, financing, and other real estate related fields.

S.S.S.A.R. REALTOR®/REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® and AFFILIATE Members service such areas as Albany, Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga Schenectady Schoharie, Warren and Washington Counties.
